Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to Flirtual at any time, for any reason.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to the Settings section of your profile.

  2. Select My Subscriptions.

  3. Choose the active subscription you wish to cancel.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.

If you experience technical issues while attempting to cancel, please contact our support team at support@flirtual.app.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refund will be issued for any fees charged for the current or past subscription period, regardless of usage, unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a credit or monetary refund, or to dispute a subscription charge, please contact our support team via email at support@flirtual.ai. We aim to respond within 72 hours of receiving your request.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a monetary refund under the following circumstances:

a. Fraudulent Use
If it is proven that your payment method was used fraudulently on Flirtual, and you notify us immediately, a full refund will be issued after investigation.

b. Accidental Purchase (One-Time Only)
If you made a mistaken purchase and:

  • Coins were not spent — you may receive a full refund.

  • Coins were partially spent — you may receive a partial refund based on the unspent balance.
    Repeated requests of this nature will not be honored.

c. Subscription Terminated by Us (Not for Cause)
If your account is terminated by us without a breach of our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, we may issue a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

d. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU & UK Residents)
If you reside in the EU or UK, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation window from the date of initial subscription. Refunds will be proportional to the amount of service used (e.g., spent Coins or accessed premium content may reduce the refund amount).

4. Ineligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Your subscription was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

  • You voluntarily closed your account after using premium features or spending Coins.

  • Emotional dissatisfaction with fictional content or AI responses.

  • Failure to cancel a renewing subscription in time.

5. Chargebacks and Disclosures

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we may be required to disclose all relevant usage and transactional information, including AI interaction logs, to demonstrate the legitimacy of the charge. By using Flirtual, you acknowledge that such disclosures do not violate our Privacy Policy.

6. Maximum Refund Limit

Under no circumstances will Flirtual refund more than the amount originally paid for a specific service or transaction.
